The problem
Promotion rules live in a coach’s head or a fragile sheet. Members cannot see progress, so motivation and trust drop.
How Matfact helps
- Custom rank systems for adult and kids ladders
- Promote by class count or by exam
- Grading days with batch Pass / Fail / Defer
- A study list for every rank in the member app
Is Matfact only for BJJ belts?
No. Rank systems are configurable for any class-based martial art or activity.
Do you support belt exams?
Yes. Exam ladders show members the study list for each rank, and grading days record Pass, Fail, or Defer and promote everyone who passed in one step.
