The problem
Gear sales run on a notebook and a cash box. Stock runs out without warning, and nobody knows which orders are paid or already handed over.
How Matfact helps
- Products with sizes, stock, and low-stock warnings
- Members order in the app and pay online or at the gym
- Pickup QR on every order, scanned at the desk
- Quick desk sales for walk-ins and members
Do I need Stripe to use the store?
No. Without Stripe, members pay cash or card at the desk. Online card payment appears once your Stripe Connect account is ready.
Is the store always on?
No. It is off by default. Turn it on in Settings when you are ready to sell.
